Try something new

Try a new food, a new toy, a new song, a new sport, a new way home, a new dance move or a new idea. Sometimes we will fail miserably but if we try a second time, we improve or we like the flavor. Encourage your kids to try new things, imagine the outcome and talk about possible results. Get excited with your kids about trying something new too, even if you already know what you think about it.

inspire creativity - try something new

I know plenty of parents that don't like vegetables, and their kids don't either. I wonder, is that the kids not liking veggies, or their learned opinion? Creativity is the same… If you feel like you're not creative, telling your kids you aren't they can't necessarily grasp that meaning nor understand it. You should try something new too, try to draw with your kids so they learn to love it… regardless of how well you think you do, your kids will love it because it comes from you.
