We had the best time vacationing at Beaches Resort & Spa in Negril. We've now been twice to this fantastic family vacation resort in Jamaica. I love Beaches Resorts both for family fun and kid free vacations. They are all inclusive resorts full of beautiful views, delicious food and plenty of activities to keep you entertained and relaxed.
We took a trip to Jamaica in October and first visited Ocho Rios and then joined up with the Beaches Moms for Social Media on the Sand in Negril. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is amazing and my entire family had a blast! If you haven't been to Jamaica, it's a must see and Beaches Resorts will definitely take care of you!
Stay and Play at Beaches Resor & Spa in Negril
To me, vacation means time with the family that doesn't require a schedule or getting ready for an event. We all need time to relax and enjoy some alone time and we all love to spend time together. Beaches Resorts meet all these needs and make the whole experience fantastic.
Everyone has the chance to run off and do things they love and then we come together again for meals or a fun activity. This is truly a stress free vacation!

Beautiful Views
Grab a chair or a private cabana and just sit and sip on a drink while you enjoy the view and the sounds of the ocean. The grounds are green and full of beautiful blooms. Half of relaxing is being surrounded by beauty… you'll definitely be surrounded at Beaches Resort in Negril.
Activities for everyone
There are so many fun things to do right onsite at the resort. Hang out at the pool, walk along the beach, play a giant game of chess or enjoy some play time with planned activities that the activities coordinator sets up. You can also sign up for snorkeling or ride a beach bike.
Delicious Food
You could eat all day every day and enjoy so many amazing meals. You can get fancy and enjoy a lovely date night or go casual and grab a burger. My kids really love.. I mean LOVE, the hand pies.
Entertainment
Beaches Resort & Spa offers a variety of entertainment for the whole family! There was a parade the first night that we followed through the resort to dinner on the beach. On stage there were dancers and music. Another night we hung out by one of the bars and watched some fun dancing and karaoke. (Note I said watched… my kids love karaoke and dancing, I take pictures).
Lovely accommodations
My family of 5 stayed in a Caribbean Beachfront Concierge Family Suite. It was two rooms with enough beds to sleep 8! There was plenty of room with 2 bathrooms and two decks. Plus we had a nice view of the ocean right from both decks. AND, the beds were super comfy!
Fantastic Staff
You can't beat the staff at Beaches Resorts. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There's always someone available to answer questions or give suggestions. I always go home feeling like I've made a couple new friends having spent time with the staff. This last trip, my oldest son had just turned 21… the staff left a sweet note for him in the room.
Extra fun for kids
There's a kids club for the younger kids and a teen club. The kids club features Sesame Street characters the kids love. You can sign the kids up for the all day camp or drop them off just for some fun kid activity time. The teen club includes video games and activities as well as a night club just for the kids. They can come and go as they'd like and my kids always make new friends. There's plenty to keep the kids busy while you get your own kid-free quiet time if you'd like.

From strolling on the beach to soothing massages at Red Lane Spa, there are plenty of opportunities to relax.
All inclusive
Beaches Resorts are truly all inclusive. When you pay for your vacation, you are paying not only for your room but just about all the amenities the resort has to offer. From food to onsite activities, Beaches has you covered. There are some extras and upgrades you can pay for while you're there like the spa or off-site excursions. But meals, drinks, the kids club and tips are all included in the price of your vacation. You can show up and relax knowing you don't have to worry about pulling out your wallet every time you need a new umbrella drink.
Sandals Foundation
I wrote a little about this when we went to Beaches Resorts in Turks and Caicos. Sandals Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Sandals Resorts International (Sandals and Beaches resorts). When you stay at a Beaches Resort, you are also contributing to the Sandals Foundation and helping to support those in need in the Caribbean community including local schools and the children they provide for. I love that while I'm making memories with my family, I'm helping to provide some support to local families in the area. If you are interested in getting more involved, you can sign up for an offsite excursion to one of the local schools through the Reading Roadtrip day trip. My son and I did this together with other Beaches moms and had an unforgettable time!
We also stayed at the Beaches Resorts Ocho Rios location and spent a few days adventuring around the Ocho Rios area. We enjoyed a few offsite activities and had a great time surrounded by the lush Jamaican outdoors. Even in October, this is a beautiful place that will fill your soul with happy!
