- Cardstock – various colors
Instructions
- Make a test cut using the basic cupcake wrapper cut to ensure your sizing is correct for the cupcakes you are using.
- Follow onscreen instructions to cut cupcake wrappers.
- Wrap cupcake wrapper and tape or glue ends together.
