LEGOs History and Creative Fun

Written by: | Published: April 13, 2015 | Updated: April 27, 2015

From April 11th through April 26th, The LEGO Americana Road show will be on display at Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, Colorado. We went and checked out this fun event at a preview event on Friday and had a BLAST. The roadshow features a variety of Iconic American Historic buildings made entirely out of LEGOs. These creations are AMAZING! The detail the Master Builders were able to achieve is inspiring!

Here is just some of what you’ll see if you go visit the LEGO Americana Roadshow. I LOVED all the tiny details. Check out the tiny Mr. Lincoln inside the Lincoln Memorial below!

When you visit the LEGO Americana Roadshow, make sure to grab a scavenger hunt. In Colorado, it’s located near the Capital building. The kids had so much fun finding all the clues and learning about these historic buildings. I loved seeing all the fantastic creations. My architect husband loved trying to figure out how the Master Builders created these mini structures. LEGO is always a blast, love it!
