Have you ever tried painting a coloring page? It can be a ton of fun to try all kinds of different materials to add color to your favorite coloring pages. Today I have a new flowers and hearts coloring page for you. I'm sharing a fun family art project idea you're going to want to try.
So scroll down, grab your copy of this printable and then keep reading to find out about how I'm sharing this fun family project over at A Glimpse Inside today!
Most days we just dig out the crayons or markers and color whatever pages are available for the day. But recently my daughter has started trying out the watercolor paints. She's been begging to use mine, so for this project we pulled out Mom's fancy watercolors – which just means they are the same paints she has except mine don't have all the colors mixed together – and had a fun day painting together.
I like to print out our coloring pages on a textured paper. This makes painting the pages even more fun, the texture adds to the look of the painted color.
