Add a little inspiration to every day with an inspirational Vinyl Word Art Mirror you create yourself. This mirror was decorated with two different word art phrases, Hello Beautiful and I Love Your Style, perfect for a teen decor accent. All you need is your cutting machine and decor vinyl… and a little time to put it all together. This is a fantastic project to create with your next room make over or as a gift for your favorite girl. The whole project took me less than an hour- I even had to redo some of the cutting because I let the vinyl stick to itself – oops!

Make your own Vinyl Word Art Mirror
Materials you need:
- Cutting Machine – I used a Cricut Explore
- Mirror Word Art SVG designed by Jen Goode (see download link below)
- Cricut Decor Vinyl
- Transfer tape – optional but highly recommended
- Weeding tool
How to decorate your own mirror with cut vinyl
- Upload the SVG file into the Design Space software and cut each layer. Optionally, adjust the colors of the different word art pieces to fit your own project preferences. I changed the heart to red. If you don't have a Design Space account – you can create your own word art using the software you have access to.
- Weed the excess vinyl off of the vinyl backing.
- Using the transfer tape, pick up the vinyl letters and layout how you'd like them to appear on your mirror. Carefully rub each letter to ensure the transfer tape sticks to the letters.
- Place the transfer tape with word art on the mirror and then gently rub the letters on to the glass. Carefully peel off the transfer tape. give each letter one last rub to make sure they stick to the glass.
- Ta Dah! You're finished.

I think this vinyl word art decorated mirror would be fantastic with glitter vinyl or a series of bright colors. I didn't have any on hand this time so I opted for the light blue and a dark blue. I think hot pick would be fabulous too!
