I used crepe paper to add some cute accents and stay within my tight party budget. You just need some twine and scissors and glue and you can make all sorts of creative projects!

I love the free whale printables! They are perfect! Thank you SO MUCH! I had planned to do a whale and octopus themed birthday party for my son who is about to be a year old. I picked everything out but unfortunately due to finances, wasn’t able to make the purchase. I printed these out and went to town making cupcake toppers! Still scouring the Internet to find lime green octopuses lol!
