Where is my File?
You should have received two emails. The first is a confirmation, the second is your file download link. It's common for this second email to end up in the SPAM folder. Search for “100directions.com” in your SPAM.
How do I open my file?
SVG files are saved as a .zip through this download system. To use your cut file, unzip the .zip file and your SVG should be ready to use.
