We always host Thanksgiving dinner, although this year we won’t have as many guests at our table, so I want to share a little something with our close friends and family. So, I am going to make several of these beautiful hand towels and drop them off with homemade treats for our friends and neighbors to let them know we are thankful for them. When I saw Jen’s beautiful Leaf cut file, I knew it would be PERFECT to use for Fall and Thanksgiving decorations!
I quickly made a few towels. I’ll have my sons help bake up some goodies for our friends. Then, I will fill a small basket with treats and a kitchen towel. That’s it! Super easy, even more adorable, and totally affordable.
How to make your own Fall Kitchen Towels
Follow the below instructions to create your own beautiful hand towels.
Materials
- Cricut Maker cutting machine
- Cricut Design Space account
- Leaf cut design by Jen Goode (#M77B76B)
- Cricut Fine Point Blade
- Cricut Design Space Access
- Iron On
- EasyPress Mini
- Kitchen Towel

Instructions
- Open the Design Space Cut File and size it to fit your kitchen towel.
- Place the Iron On on a cutting mat, don’t forget to mirror the cut and place it on the mat shiny side down.
- Send the project to cut.
- Remove the excess iron on.
- Remove the image from the cutting mat. *Keep the tags from curling by removing the mat from the tags. The mats are very pliable.
- Press the image onto a smooth kitchen towel.
- Remove the carrier sheet.
