Spring Inspired DIY Ideas

Happy Easter Weekend my creative friends! Today's featured Monday Funday theme is all about Spring Inspired DIY Ideas. In Colorado, you never know what you're going to get in Spring and right now there is still snow on the ground from last week. I can't wait to get myself into the garden. Easter is a perfect time to grab some tulips and add some color to the table. This bouquet is from our Easter and Spring table… I love the idea of adding fresh flowers to add a little extra style to the room. Easiest idea ever: grab a big jar (speghetti sauce size is perfect), trim flower stems to size and add some water. Makes for a really pretty and simple vase you can add to any room.

If you missed it this past week, we just finished up week three of National Craft Month. This past week I featured projects using fabric and fiber materials. Lots of fun ideas and you don't even have to sew! For more craft ideas, check out the National Craft Month feature page.
