Hello again, friends! What have you been up to this past week? Today I'm talking Easy Summer Meals. I love a quick meal when things are crazy around our house. I don't love cooking in the summer because with the activities and the heat and the busy busy, sometimes super hot days… no one wants to eat a big meal. The ideas we're featuring today are great for feeding the family with less stress.

Over here, we've had all kinds of traveling going on. One kid went one way, another headed to camp and I'm spending time at another event with some really smart and super friend folks. I'm in Sante Fe today… what a BEAUTIFUL city. There is art EVERYWHERE! I wish I could stay longer and explore and see all the gorgeous sights.

Summer is in full swing, especially here in Georgia! We are outside a lot which means I need quick and easy meal ideas for dinner each night that don't require a ton of prep work or cook time. I'm excited to try out all of these meals in the coming month.
